We know presidential hopeful Joe Biden struggled with mental lapses, rhetorical gaffes, factual confusion and outright plagiarism, but a recent recording shows Biden doesn’t understand simple technology.
During a recent online event (because the the only kind Biden will do), Biden was played an obviously pre-recorded question. But then Biden tried to interact with the person who asked the question…even though the question was recorded.
