In a desperate attempt to pander to the conspiracy minded liberals and turn up the fear mongering heat on Michael Moore loving leftists, main stream media members are pitching the 25th Amendment as a possible means by which to remove President Donald Trump from power.
The 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution sets out a process for removing a president who is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.” Trump and his closest aides and physicians have given no indication there is any need for such drastic steps.
But that hasn’t stopped the media from throwing it out as if it’s the most logical next step.

What happens if President Trump’s diagnosis worsens? Constitutional law expert @DebPearlstein says the 25th amendment provides for that eventuality – but it gets a lot more complicated if the president himself doesn’t believe he is incapacitated, while those around him do… pic.twitter.com/Lqtji4lTZm

“It’s too soon to talk about the president’s demise, but it’s not too soon to talk about the 25th Amendment. Trump’s symptoms could get worse and could affect his thinking,” said Kristine Phillips, USA TODAY justice and legal affairs reporter.
