Democrat Representative Eric Swalwell is being shielded by an FBI who is choosing to not report to Congress on his relationship with Fang Fang, a recently exposed Chinese spy who infiltrated American politics.
Rep. Kevin McCarthy, a Republican, is unhappy with the length of time it is taking the FBI to report back.
“Swalwell is a national security liability. This is too important for the FBI to continue to stonewall,” tweeted McCarthy.
I have asked the FBI for a briefing on Rep. Swalwell's ties to a reported-spy from China. Twice it has been scheduled. Twice it has been canceled by the FBI.

Despite repeated attempts to get a briefing by McCarthy, the FBI has failed to deliver a report.
