Federal Judge Accuses New York Times Of Shocking Bias

In a dissenting opinion, a federal judge blasted the New York Times and The Washington Post of “shocking” bias against the Republican Party.

According to Breitbart News, “Washington, DC, federal appellate judge Laurence Silberman accused the New York Times and Washington Post, and to some extent the Wall Street Journal, of being mouthpieces for ‘rather shocking’ bias against the Republican Party in a written opinion on Friday.”

“The orientation of these three papers is followed by The Associated Press and most large papers across the country (such as the Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, and Boston Globe),” said Silberman in his opinion. “Nearly all television—network and cable—is a Democratic Party trumpet. Even the government-supported National Public Radio follows along.”

The judge warned that “The First Amendment guarantees a free press to foster a vibrant trade in ideas. But a biased press can distort the marketplace.”

This is exactly the danger the nation is facing — a political correct culture that find virtue in silencing opposition rather than taking pride in expressing a superior argument.

  3. This is a long overdue action that must be taken to abide by the US Constitution and preserve our nation as a FREE COUNTRY
