After a USPS worker in Pennsylvania made initial claims of voter fraud, many media outlets then reported that Richard Hopkins was recanting his story after the IG Oversight Committee tweeted as such.
“IG investigators informed Committee staff today that they interviewed Hopkins on Friday, but that Hopkins RECANTED HIS ALLEGATIONS yesterday and did not explain why he signed a false affidavit,” said the committee.

However, Hopkins claims he is not recanting according to a report from Project Veritas’ James O’Keefe.
“USPS Whistleblower Richard Hopkins: ‘I DID NOT RECANT'” tweeted O’Keefe on Friday.

In a video posted by James O’Keefe, Hopkins makes a recorded statement that he is officially standing by his statement.
