The main stream media’s assault on President Donald Trump as well as the epidemic of coronavirus has had a significant negative effect on Trump’s positioning in national polls against his opponent Joe Biden.
However, a recent 7 point surge by the President has surprised his most ardent critics.
Last week, Biden was leading Trump by 10 points. But a recent explosion has put Trump back to within 3 points in the most recent Rasmussen poll.

Trump’s support among voters not affiliated with a major political party has jumped six points, according to Rasmussen’s latest survey.
