President Donald Trump considered several alternatives as possible locations to deliver his speech for the Republican convention. But he made it official that the White House will be the chosen spot.
Of course, wherever he chose would have been criticized by the main stream media and Democrat whiners. For instance, one possible location was the historic Gettysburg battleground. But the left said that was “racist.”
Then when Nancy Pelosi got wind (as if she needed more) that Trump might deliver the speech at the White House, she was furious because she felt the location gave him an unfair advantage. As if people in America don’t already know who the president is.
“I’ll probably be giving my speech at the White House because it is a great place,” said Trump. “It’s a place that makes me feel good, it makes the country feel good. We could have quite a group of people. It’s very big, a very big lawn. We could have a big group of people.”
