Biden recounts story about allowing children to play with his wet leg hair in resurfaced video
Recently uncovered video footage from 2017 shows former Vice President Joe Biden inexplicably telling a crowd that he used to allow children to play with his wet leg hair when he worked as a lifeguard.
In the video, filmed during the Joseph R. Biden Jr. Aquatic Center dedication on June 26th, 2017, Biden is surrounded by a crowd of children and recounts how “I got a lot of — I got hairy legs that turn … blonde in the sun.”
“And the kids used to come up and reach in the pool and rub my leg down so it was straight and then watch the hair come back up again. They’d look at it.”
He went on, “I learned about kids jumping on my lap … And I’ve loved kids jumping on my lap.”

In the early days of his candidacy, Joe Biden came under fire for his repeated gaffes, inappropriate treatment of women, and bumbling public displays of affection. Most recently, Biden was caught on camera nibbling on his wife’s finger on stage during a campaign stop in Iowa.
In recent months, the indiscretions of his son Hunter have taken center stage, but we can’t forget that at least eight women have come forward and accused the presidential candidate himself of inappropriately touching them or making them feel uncomfortable.
Notably, he was accused in March 2019 by a former Nevada Assemblywoman Lucy Flores of kissing her without her consent in 2014.
Democrat supporters have dismissed Biden’s long history of controversial conduct as him just being “Uncle Joe,” but as more accounts and videos surface, the uncomfortable incidents become more difficult to ignore.
