Bill and Hillary Clinton just received some tragic news: Democrats are really, really sick of them.
Outspoken Democrat and “Real Time” host Bill Maher said what most Democrats are probably thinking right now on his show on Friday.
“It seems like every few months, Hillary Clinton bubbles up again […] and people are like, ‘Oh, she’s thinking about running.” He went on “I just think they’ve got to go away. We can’t be associating them with the Democratic Party.”
He admonished the Clintons to stay far away from the Democratic National Convention next summer in Milwaukee, saying “they can’t be at the convention. Maybe on the video, waving or something, but I’m serious.”
These comments come after Hillary Clinton emerged from the woodwork to accuse low-level Presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard of being a Russian asset, engage in a Twitter spat with President Trump in which she told Trump to “not tempt” her to run for president again, and announce that she might be ready for a “rematch.”
This flurry of activity has the whole nation wondering if Hillary is ready to jump into the race.
However, if even the staunchest of liberals are telling you that you need to step back into the shadows in order to not ruin it for the viable Democrat candidates, it may salvage the respect of your party if you take heed to the advice.
