The President of the United States Joe Biden is scheduled to leave the White House on his first foreign trip.
“This trip will highlight his commitment to restoring our alliances, revitalizing the Transatlantic relationship, and working in close cooperation with our allies and multilateral partners to address global challenges and better secure America’s interests,” said Press Secretary Jen Psaki.
Biden will be traveling to Great Britain and Belgium for the G-7 summit.
According to Fox News, Biden “will also participate in a U.S.-EU summit, where leaders ‘will discuss a common agenda to ensure global health security, stimulate global economic recovery, tackle climate change, enhance digital and trade cooperation, strengthen democracy, and address mutual foreign policy concerns.'”
White House did not comment on whether this travel is safe for Biden in light of all the other travel is not safe for all the rest of us.
