Biden falls behind Sanders, Warren in New Hampshire poll

After months of leading the pack, Joe Biden has suddenly fallen from first place to third in a pivotal New Hampshire poll.

The poll, conducted by CNN/University New Hampshire, found that “If the 2020 New Hampshire Democratic primary were held today, 21% of likely primary voters say they would vote for Sanders, 18% would vote for Warren, 15% would vote for Biden, and 10% would vote for Buttigieg.”

This is a shocking contrast to previous polls, which showed Biden holding a strong lead at 24% in July.

Biden’s favorable rating has dropped as well, falling from 57% among New Hampshire voters in July to 55%, and those that outright disapprove of him rose from 25% to 30%.

More bad news awaits for Biden in Iowa, where he also has dropped to 3rd place behind Warren and Buttigieg, according to RealClearPolitics.

It probably doesn’t help that Biden can’t seem to stop producing embarrassing gaffes, like confusing Ohio for Iowa at a campaign stop in Cedar Rapids on Saturday.
