Supreme Court Denies Request For Trump To Stop Building Border Wall

The United States Supreme Court just ruled in favor of President Donald Trump by denying a request that the United States stop building the southern border wall.

The 5-4 vote by the Supreme Court was an outright rejection to the ACLU and the Sierra Club who were the plaintiffs in the case.

The denial functions to uphold the ruling of the lower circuit court.

“This Court finds that precedent persuasive, and it compels the conclusion that Plaintiffs’ complaint fails to state plausible constitutional claims as a matter of law,” said the Circuit Court’s ruling.
