In a year when Democrats were projected to have the momentum to take back the Senate and make gains in Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s House of Representatives, the reality for Dems after Election Day has been anything but a net positive.
The Democrats actually lost seats in the House. That news should have been a stinging rebuke to Pelosi’s leadership and the agenda of her socialism-embracing party.
But course, Nancy is Nancy, and she is never wrong in her own eyes.
“Do you accept any responsibility for the loss of House seats?” a CNN reporter asked Pelosi on Friday, according to Breitbart.
The never-humble Pelosi answered: “I take credit for winning a majority and holding the House.”
Take credit for the good. Ignore responsibility for the bad.
If ever there was a Democrat answer, that was it.
