Despite her complete ineptness at handling the migration crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border and her virtual disappearing act over the last month, Vice President Kamala Harris has left the U.S. to “tour” Asia in a diplomatic display of goodwill.
The timing is suspect, given that the world is watching as Biden’s failure in Kabul has prompted both the GOP and the Democratic Party to unite against him.
Per Breitbart News, “Harris touched down in Singapore early Sunday morning to begin her tour of Asia, with traveling officials saying she will offer reassurances of Washington’s commitment to the region against a backdrop of the chaotic U.S. retreat from Afghanistan and Taliban takeover.”
I’m sure everyone will be standing in line to trust Harris’ prowess on foreign policy. (Not.)
“The vice president will make clear throughout the trip that we do have an enduring commitment to the region,” a senior U.S. official said of Harris, according to Breitbart.
