The Biden administration’s Christmas wishes are not going to be granted. Recent polling numbers reveal that Americans feel like Biden’s stocking should be filled with coal. No gifts for you, Mr. President! You’ve been very bad.
“President Biden’s standing with Americans remains in negative territory heading into the final few weeks of 2021,” according to Fox News.
Sleepy Joe Biden’s standings are currently at a 51% disapproval, making the Christmas season pretty womp-womp for the Democrats.
The bad ratings don’t just stop there, because poll averages show Biden even more underwater than 51%.
“An average of all the most recent national polls compiled by Real Clear Politics puts Biden’s approval at 42% and his disapproval at 52%. The average included a large survey from The Wall Street Journal conducted last month that had the president well underwater, at 41%-57%,” reported Fox News.
“And the latest surveys also indicate a growing number of Americans don’t see the efforts of the Biden administration and congressional Democrats as helping to combat the rise in inflation, which is climbing as a top public concern,” Fox reports.
“One of the political problems with Biden’s spending plans is that they don’t seem all that relevant to the vast majority of Americans,” Monmouth University Polling Institute director Patrick Murray said in response.
Patrick Murray is right. Americans are tired, overworked, underpaid, and yet still expected to keep up with an inflamed economy.
Maybe if Biden gets coal in his stocking, he could use it to bring fuel prices down?
