President Donald Trump listened to black supporters and decided to move the date of his upcoming MAGA rally in Tulsa out of respect for the important historical meaning of June 19th.
Sure, the left will paint Trump as a heartless racist who never listens to others, but here’s a great example of him doing just the opposite.
According the Breitbart, the President was compelled to move the date after listening to the importance of “Juneteenth, a date important to the black community for the abolition of slavery.”
Announcing the decision on Twitter, the president wrote:
…of respect for this Holiday, and in observance of this important occasion and all that it represents. I have therefore decided to move our rally to Saturday, June 20th, in order to honor their requests…
