China Warns US With ‘Cold War’ Threat

According to Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Wi, the United States is headed toward a “cold war” with China.

“China has no intention to change, still replace, the United States,” he said. “It is time for the United States to give up its wishful thinking of changing China and stopping 1.4 billion people in their historic march toward modernization.”

The relationship between China and America has been increasingly hostile as President Donald Trump renegotiated better trade deals and then blamed Beijing for covering up the original outbreak of the coronavirus.

“President Trump has criticized Beijing over a trade imbalance and the outbreak of the coronavirus lead both to accuse the other of an improper response,” reports Fox News. “Trump recently said that he may completely end U.S. funding for the World Health Organization over its cozy ties with Beijing.”

China speaks out of both sides of its mouth as it complains of United States’ actions but then moves against a peaceful Hong Kong.
