It won’t be long before even more Americans see the Democratic Party for being a dangerous, anti-American front. If the actions of this high-ranking Democrat don’t convince people, nothing will.
U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota is currently serving her first term in Congress, but before heading to Washington, she held a seat in the Minnesota House of Representatives where she made highly controversial votes — such as one that would force insurance companies to pay the families of jihadists.
In short, the bill would have exempted insurance companies from having to fulfill claims made by the beneficiaries (ex. family members) of anyone who died committing an act of terrorism. As a state representative, Ilhan Omar voted against the bill. Luckily, it passed with overwhelming bi-partisan support anyway.
Congressman Omar recently came under fire for anti-semitic comments that were so absurd and offensive, even Nancy Pelosi condemned them as inappropriate. It should come as no surprise, then, that Omar has a history of showing tacit support for jihadism and groups that sponsor it.
