The Supreme Court just gave the President a huge win– and Democrats are not happy about it.
On Friday, the court ruled that the Trump administration could use $2.5 billion in military funding to build a wall along the southern border.
The Supreme Court’s ruling will allow the administration to build over 100 miles of Trump’s border wall along the U.S. southern border in Arizona, New Mexico, and California.
Previously, this action had been blocked by an activist Obama appointee in the 9th circuit court.
Despite extreme opposition from Democrats, President Trump is following through on one of his biggest promises.
Next up, immigration reform. Democrats have already voiced their disagreement with Trump’s plan for merit-based immigration. But with the Supreme Court leaning conservative, they may be out of luck.
