Hillary Clinton is panicking after an indictment announcement suddenly dropped. She can’t believe it.
“There used to be a DOJ standing policy you can’t indict a Clinton,” said President Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, strongly implying that the policy has changed.
Giuliani’s remarks came during an appearance on ‘Fox & Friends,’ where he was asked to respond to Clinton saying that Trump would’ve been indicted for obstruction of justice — if he wasn’t the president.
Giuliani rightly balked at Clinton’s delusional thinking and flipped the script on her. He said, “I have a hard time reacting to that … there’s a woman who really obstructed justice.”
He continued: “The president didn’t delete 33,000 emails. He didn’t have somebody smash up telephones. And he didn’t have someone wipe out a server and BleachBit it among the few things that she did.”
He goes on to make the point that President Trump was found “innocent of the underlying crime,” but this might not be the case for Clinton. The “standing policy” that “you cannot indict a Clinton” is over.
