Shock Arrest Decision Rocks White House… Oh No

On Monday, Jerry Nadler came out in support of prosecuting border agency heads for child abuse. Nadler’s position is shocking and extreme, to say the least.

“This is [inhumane],” he said. “Frankly, I think it’s criminal,” he continued on Rachel Maddow’s MSNBC show.

His statements were in response to a congressional visit to a detention facility in Clint, Texas.

Controversial Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortes claimed that CBP officers were demanding detainees drink from the toilet.

Former U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement director Tom Homan addressed the claim and said “They are not drinking out of the toilet—no Border Patrol agent is going to make anyone drink out of the toilet. It’s just ridiculous on its face.”

Maybe Rep. Nadler should be arrested, since this crisis was largely ignored by his party until President Trump brought it to light. That would be the same logic he seems to have used to suggest the prosecution of border agency heads.
