BREAKING: Supreme Court Death Announcement – Nation STUNNED

The Supreme Court has made it’s decision.

It’s the death penalty.

That was the ruling that came down from the High Court in the case of 28-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the man found guilty of setting off bombs at the finish line of the Boston Marathon in 2013.

More than 260 people were injured. Three of them died, including an eight-year-old boy.

The ruling was 6-3 in favor of executing Tsarnaev, with the dissenters being made up of Justice Stephen BReyer, Justice Elana Kagan, and Justice Sonya Sotomayor.

Justice Clarence Thomas wrote the majority opinion:

“Dzhokhar Tsarnaev committed heinous crimes. The Sixth Amendment nonetheless guaranteed him a fair trial before an impartial jury. He received one. The judgment of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit is reversed.”
