Special counsel Robert Mueller’s secret relationship just came to light, and the details are being exposed. The entire nation is stunned by this revelation.
Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) plans to interrogate Mueller during his upcoming appearance before the House Intelligence Committee. Mueller will be probed about a private, pre-emptive briefing his top lawyer gave to reporters back in 2017.
According to Nunes, a briefing with Associated Press reporters on “something to do with the Trump-Russia investigation” occurred before Mueller’s team was even formed, and Nunes wants to know why this information was withheld.
But we can easily assume why: Mueller didn’t want to tip off any lawmakers ahead of time. This would have made the news and the American public would’ve called ‘foul play’ from the beginning.
Instead, Mueller hid his secret relationship with the media and essentially leaked information ahead of time. If this isn’t collusion with the media to form a pre-packaged narrative, then the word has truly lost its meaning.
As Nunes said, “These are all a bunch of dirty cops … some of them better go to jail, or we’re going to go down in a spiral in this country because you will not have a Republican that will trust the FBI or the Department of Justice for generations to come.”
