The infamous Steele dossier that was used by the left to smear President Trump and ultimately launch special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe has been debunked yet again — this time by Robert Mueller himself.
The dossier, created by former British spy Christopher Steele, alleged that Russia was blackmailing Trump with a sex tape and that Trump attorney Michael Cohen had met with Russian officials in Prague.
However, Mueller’s final report conceded that his two-year investigation into illegal collusion between Trump and Russia found no evidence for either of these claims.
Even worse news for the left is that the dossier is now in the Department of Justice’s crosshairs.
Attorney General William Barr is gearing up to investigate the FBI and DOJ’s original collusion investigation, which revolved around the Hillary Clinton-linked dossier.
In addition, Politico reported that DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz has been “intensely focused on gauging Steele’s credibility as a source.
