Holy cow, Democrats telling lie after lie, trying to ruin both the careers of conservative politicians and just America in general… Stop me if you’ve heard this one before – Wait, no, actually don’t. Keep reading.
Democrats constantly lying to their teeth really shouldn’t be front page news anymore, it’s just that they keep finding such new and interesting ways to screw REAL Americans.
While many liberals seem to have trouble finding the truth, we’d like to give credit to Representative Pramila Jayapal for this particular whopper: The claim that Arizona Republican Paul Gosar “violated ethics rules” on January 6.
Jayapal levied the claims way back on March 10, but the House Committee on Ethics recently sent him a letter informing him of their decision to not investigate the claims any further. There’s a lot of legal mumbo-jumbo involved, but let me try to pick out the parts that even non-lawyers can understand: “As you know, on March 10, 2021, the Committee on Ethics (Committee) received information offered as a complaint naming you as a respondent, we hereby notify you that the motion failed, and an investigative subcommittee was not established.”
Or, don’t even worry about the legal language. Just let common sense rule the day. Or let Rep. Gosar do it for you: “This patently baseless claim attempted to conflate political disagreements with ethics. The House Committee on Ethics should not be politicized for partisan purposes,” he said.
