Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) was just caught red-handed — she tried to kill him in cold blood. Her presidential campaign is about to go up in flames as a result of this scandal.
During the Democratic debate this week, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) said that when Harris was California attorney general she “blocked evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row until the courts forced her to do so.”
It isn’t yet confirmed whether the man in question, Kevin Cooper, is innocent or guilty of the charges against him, but there’s a great deal credibility behind Gabbard’s claim.
The murder case, which goes all the way back to 1983, has been embroiled in controversy since nearly the beginning. In short, however, it is being reported that then-Attorney General Harris opposed additional DNA testing of Cooper.
This is despite the fact that credible doubt has been cast on Cooper’s guilt. Of course, now that Harris is running for president, she is fully supportive of the DNA testing ordered by California Gov. Gavin Newsom.
But let’s not kid ourselves here. Harris can play politics all she wants, but the American people won’t be fooled. It is obvious that she couldn’t handle the pressure of being her state’s attorney general. She isn’t qualified to be president.
