Another appearance on a worldwide stage for Kamala Harris, another humiliating embarrassment.

For some reason, during a joint press conference with the president of Poland, Kamala Harris never seemed sure when it was her turn to answer, even when reporters were speaking directly to her.

At one point, a reporter asked Harris a question about Ukrainian refugees. The reporter then gave a follow-up to the Polish president, but Harris seemed to forget about the original question to her.

After she realized the Polish president was waiting for her to speak, she awkwardly said “okay,” then started shuffling through her notes.

Finally, everyone expected Kamala to answer the question. What she said was more in lines with what their expectations should have been.

“A friend in need is a friend indeed,” Harris blurted out.

She then burst into laughter, never answering the question.
