A decision has been made about Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and it’s official. The news is spreading nationwide. People can’t believe it.
Justice Ginsburg won the ‘Best Real-Life Hero’ award at this year’s MTV Movie & TV Awards. The long-running show has several categories and they’re all voted on by MTV viewers through an online poll. In a word, it’s bogus.
This the same MTV that barely plays music videos anymore and instead pushes liberal propaganda and risky lifestyles through its programming. It’s no wonder that Ginsburg was not present to receive the award.
It’s very possible that the 86-year-old justice didn’t even know she was a nominee, yet she won over tennis superstar Serena Williams, rock climber Alex Honnold, comedian Hannah Gadsby, and wrestler Roman Reigns.
Despite being an anti-Trump liberal, at least MTV voters — most of them teenagers — chose a politically and historically significant figure over a WWE wrestler. One could say that’s a small silver lining.
However, the issue is that voters likely knew very little about Ginsburg and were just swayed by what MTV tells them about the long-serving justice. The network is an echo chamber for left-wing talking points.
