A bombshell Supreme Court notice just dropped. President Trump’s case is heading to our nation’s highest court, and the outcome will affect the law for generations to come.
After liberal New York prosecutors won a victory at the U.S. Second Circuit of Appeals to obtain Trump’s tax records, the president’s lawyer, Jay Sekulow, vowed to take the case all the way to the Supreme Court.
Sekulow said: “The decision of the Second Circuit will be taken to the Supreme Court. The issue raised in this case goes to the heart of our Republic. The constitutional issues are significant.”
Democrat politicians and attorneys have been after Trump’s tax records — specifically several years worth of returns — since before he became president. However, there is no constitutional requirement for him to turn them over.

Now, as liberals in Trump’s home state push to make Trump’s tax returns an election-year issue, it appears likely that the case will end up at the Supreme Court — possibly even before next November’s election.
