A huge bombshell just dropped about what could happen next in the Senate. Democrats are hanging on to hope, but President Trump and his supporters are rightly fuming.
Former Vice President Joe Biden declared at a CNN town hall recently that he doesn’t think it’s out of the question for the Senate to remove Trump from office, despite some saying otherwise. “I don’t buy it,” he said.
“I don’t buy the Senate will never move,” he continued. “It will depend on what their constituency says.” Well, then, Biden will be waiting for a long time — because most Americans are opposed to ousting Trump.
During his statement, he also claimed that Trump “violated the Constitution of the United States of America in asking other countries to engage within our politics. That is a violation.”
Biden is clearly getting desperate as his poll numbers fall. Pushing this impeachment narrative at all costs is going to continue hurting him and all of the Democrat candidates. All they have is conjecture.
But Trump’s actual phone call with his counterpart in Ukraine revealed nothing; he hasn’t committed an impeachable act. He didn’t violate the Constitution or ask a foreign power to get involved in our elections.
