Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff’s impeachment witch-hunt against President Trump could be over. A top Republican just confirmed it on national television — we’ve reached a tipping point.
Rep. Tom Reed (R-NY) appeared on Fox Business to announce the news. According to Reed, we should expect to see some Democrats standing with him and other Republicans in opposition to impeachment.
“I don’t see the movement in any way on the Republican side,” he said. “The movement I am picking up on is I see Democratic members that are coming out potentially against impeachment in the private conversations I’ve been having.”
He then told viewers on ‘Varney & Co.’ to “keep an eye out” for this trend, which he anticipates is coming soon. Reed’s prediction serves to confirm a major theory as well: Democrats in swing districts are worried.
Speaker Pelosi and her puppet, Rep. Schiff, jumped the gun on impeachment and it is having a devastating effect on Democrats who barely won in 2018 — contributing to Democrats’ taking control of the House.
Now, the opposite might occur. Trump supporters in swing districts are energized to get out the vote and oust any politician connected to this effort. But even some Democrats walking back on impeachment won’t save them in 2020.
