Damning evidence was just found and it is spreading like wildfire nationwide. It was right under our noses this entire time, and a government watchdog group has exposed it.
Tom Fitton’s organization, Judicial Watch, has sent “notice-of-violation letters to 19 large counties in five states” demanding that they “remove ineligible voter registrations.”
Fitton noted that the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) “requires jurisdictions to take reasonable efforts to remove ineligible registrations from their rolls,” and the current number is staggering.
According to Fitton, when you include the 19 large counties, there are “378 counties combined” with approximately “2.5 million registrations over the 100%-registered mark.”
Judicial Watch is standing ready to file a federal lawsuit if the counties in question do not clean up their voter rolls as required by law. The group already had success at the Supreme Court two years ago.
“In 2018, the Supreme Court upheld a massive voter roll cleanup that resulted from our settlement of a federal lawsuit with Ohio,” said Fitton, and he’s prepared to take action again if necessary.
