A judge just threw a wrench into Hillary Clinton’s plans. Instead of blocking a Judicial Watch lawsuit that’s hunting for Hillary’s missing emails, a judge ordered additional fact-finding in the case.
Judicial Watch has been pursuing an FOIA case against Clinton to find her missing emails.
That case will be proceeding with more officials involved with Hillary being compelled to provide facts.
So far the State Department has found 23 violations and seven infractions by 15 individuals.
The biggest source of concern is why 33,000 emails were deleted after Congress ordered them preserved. 110 of the recovered emails were marked classified despite Clinton’s testimony to having no classified emails.
Clearly, there was wrongdoing by someone. Those responsible still need to be held accountable.
