Fox News superstar Judge Jeanine Pirro was just banned. She has been removed from the air, and millions of fans are shocked. This is is a developing story.
During an interview for Newsmax TV, Bill O’Reilly responded to Fox News’ decision to block Pirro from appearing on any Newsmax program. He said, “I don’t what their problem is. I think it’s wrong.”
O’Reilly continued: “I don’t know what goes on at FNC anymore. I’m not involved with them at all. You know, it’s a strange world … things are changing fast.”
For her part, Pirro recently shared her unvarnished opinion about the situation — apparently not knowing her mic was on while she was being interviewed on the radio by Seb Gorka, a former White House aide.
She said, “Fox reviews everything. They’re unbelievable. They’re still saying you cannot do Bill O’Reilly, you cannot do Newsmax.” It appears that the network is cracking down on their stars appearing on shows seen as competition.
O’Reilly told Newsmax that it’s always been understood that you couldn’t appear on a competing program for any reason, however, there’s historically been leeway to promote your book or other side venture. This flexibility seems to be gone now.
