A federal judge just gave a shocking order to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. She has no choice but to comply, and she’s panicking. She doesn’t want this case to go any further.
Judicial Watch has scored another victory in court over the Clinton email scandal. Judge Royce Lamberth has ordered the State Department to turn over more documents — and Clinton herself has 30 days to oppose a request for her to testify.
“Mrs. Clinton and her top aide, Cheryl Mills, we are also requesting to question in person under oath. He gave them 30 days to respond and oppose … what we’re trying to do,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
He continued: “What’s really outrageous is that we were opposed in federal court by the Justident Department and the State Department. They said we shouldn’t get additional discovery.”
Fitton said they were “defending the State Department’s handling of the Hillary FOIA cover-up, and didn’t want Hillary Clinton answering any more questions.” He went on to say that the “deep state is still running things.”
However, he made a point to praise Attorney General William Barr. “I think Attorney General Barr is a good guy,” said Fitton. “I admire what he has to say about RussiaGate and SpyGate … but these lawyers are being allowed to run amock.”
