Fox News’ Juan Williams just responded — the liberal commentator made a shocking, on-air decision. People are stunned by what he revealed before millions.
Appearing on ‘The Five,’ Williams appeared to defend the foul-mouthed CNN anchor who was caught on camera in a profanity-lace rant. “I’m taken by the idea that this was recorded. It indicates to me that this was a setup,” said Williams.
“This guy set up Chris Cuomo and Chris Cuomo fell for the bait,” he continued, at least noting that he should not have let the situation bother him. But Williams still came down on the side of Cuomo in the end.
He justified this because the man who took video of the CNN anchor called him “Fredo,” which is a reference to one of the brothers from the classic film, The Godfather. Fredo was considered the Corleone family’s “weak” brother.
Chris Cuomo is the younger brother of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo. Williams said, “That’s why you see so many people standing up for Chris Cuomo — including people on this channel.”
In the video, which has gone viral, Cuomo can be heard saying that “no punk-*ss b—-es from the right call me ‘Fredo.’ My name is Chris Cuomo. I’m an anchor on CNN.” He went on to drop the f-word at least three times in his rant.
