Joe Biden “won” the presidency in 2020 in large part because of his surprising (maybe a little too surprising) performances in places like Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
The five swing states all broke Joe’s way in 2020, allowing him to “defeat” the incumbent Trump.
Now, Biden is losing ALL FIVE of the states he took just twelve months ago.
Recent polls asking voters to pick between Trump and Biden in the states revealed results that are nothing short of a disaster for the Democratic Party.
Michigan: Trump 53% – Biden 41%
Wisconsin: Trump 52% – Biden 42%
Arizona: Trump 51% – Biden 43%
Pennsylvania: Trump 51% – Biden 45%
Georgia: Trump 48% – Biden 45%
Had the above results happened in 2020, Trump would still be president. If these numbers hold, and Donald DOES decide to run, his chances of recapturing the presidency appear very, very good.
If he does end up back in office, he would be just the second president to ever serve non-consecutive terms, after Grover Cleveland.
Fun fact, Cleveland is credited as being both the 22nd and 24th President of the United States of America. He is also believed to be the only president other than William Howard Taft to have weighed over 250 pounds during his presidency.
