Former Vice President Joe Biden was once considered a frontrunner for the Democratic nomination in 2020, but that may have all changed for him.
In a surefire way for any politician to end their career, Biden trashed America at a security conference in Munich, Germany, calling our country “an embarrassment” due to President Trump’s efforts to secure our border with Mexico and protect Americans.
Biden politicized the situation and accused his own country of “snatching children from their parents” and “turning our back on refugees,” intentionally painting a negative picture of America to a left-wing crowd.
“The American people know, overwhelmingly, that it is not right,” Biden continued. For his part, Biden is playing coy. He knows about the crisis at the border and how complicated it is, but he’s chosen to score cheap political points with his liberal friends in Europe instead.
This is reminiscent of Barack Obama’s now infamous ‘apology tour,’ in which he traveled around the world, specifically to Middle Eastern countries, and criticized America after he became president.
Regarding the 2020 election, Biden commented on his plans, saying that he hasn’t made a decision yet, but “will in the near term let everyone know what that decision is.” Sorry, Joe, but Americans don’t want another president who is “embarrassed” by his country.
