Uh-oh, the truth monster just jumped up and bit liberals again, who still haven’t seemed to learn their lesson that you can’t just say anything you want regardless of facts.
On August 11, Jen Psaki told America that Donald Trump was “suggesting people inject versions of poison into their veins to cure COVID.”
Well, Breitbart looked into these claims multiple times, and every single time Psaki’s been proved wrong.
Here’s what Trump ACTUALLY said:
“And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning, because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it’d be interesting to check that, so that you’re going to have to use medical doctors with, but it sounds interesting to me. So, we’ll see, but the whole concept of the light, the way it kills it in one minute. That’s pretty powerful.”
Trump was then asked if he thought disinfectant should be injected into people. He said no.
“It wouldn’t be through injection, we’re talking about through almost a cleaning, sterilization of an area.”
So, yeah. I won’t argue that Donald doesn’t have a degree in medicine or anything like that, as his comments were definitely a little different, but the simple fact is he did NOT say what Psaki claimed he did. And if you think this is the first time this has happened, then I’ve got a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.
