Joe Biden recently insisted that he would expand Omicron testing sites in both New York and New Jersey.
Since that announcement, 13 urgent care medical clinics in the area have shuttered their doors.
Biden promised MORE treatment, not less. But less is exactly what New York and New Jersey residents got: “To preserve our ability to staff our sites, we are temporarily closing certain locations effective tomorrow, December 22. It is our hope that closing sites now will best allow us to avoid future closures as this surge continues,” CityMD announced.
The closures will take place in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Long Island, Manhattan, Queens, Westchester, and New Jersey.
Despite the closures and Biden’s lies, New York City probably isn’t going to shut down for the holidays.
NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio says the city’s big New Years Eve event will move forward “so long as we can do it safely.”
