Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) just stunned the nation. Millions of Americans can’t believe it. His shame impeachment inquiry could be over, and not a moment too soon.
Schiff, who chairs the House Intelligence Committee, has sent a memo to members — one particularly aimed at Republicans on the panel — threatening ethics violations should they mention the s0-called ‘whistleblower’ during hearings.
In the memo, Schiff writes that the committee “has a long, proud, and bipartisan history of protecting whistleblowers” and that “Intelligence Community personnel are shielded from any action constituting reprisal or the threat of reprisal.”
Then, he goes a step further by citing the Code of Official Conduct for Members of Congress, which states “that every Member ‘shall behave at all times in a manner that shall reflect credibility on the House.'”
“The Committee on Ethics has historically viewed this provision as ‘encompassing violations of law and abuses of one’s official position,” continues the memo, shockingly. Now Schiff has revealed himself as a hack once again.
As reported by Breitbart recently, even CNN acknowledged last week, “It is true no law explicitly prevents anyone, other than the IG [inspector general] and their staff, from revealing the name of a whistleblower.”
