Hillary Clinton tweeted her strong opposition toward President Trump’s planned ICE raids and executive order to collect citizenship information, accusing him of “fear and bigotry” as well as trying to circumvent the Supreme Court’s ruling on a census citizenship question.
“The president threatens to go against the Supreme Court,” she tweeted about Trump’s plan to have the Commerce Department collect citizenship data from federal agencies.
“Weaponized fear and bigotry are the central projects of this administration,” she added after mentioning the raids.
It’s really difficult to respect Democrats when they constantly twist facts to falsely demonize their political opponents. The Supreme Court did not say Trump couldn’t collect citizenship data, only that he couldn’t put a citizenship question on the upcoming 2020 census.
Trump doesn’t fall for this kind of demonization, and the number of people in the voting public that Democrats can fool is getting smaller and smaller as well.
