Fox News is in hot water with longtime fans after a major decision. The network just made it official, and viewers are furious.
Jeanine Pirro’s Saturday night program, ‘Justice with Jeanine,’ was bumped from Fox News’ schedule for the second week in a row and replaced with a documentary. She’s still being punished for rejecting political correctness. This is awful.
It all started when Pirro commented on her show about Rep. Ilhan Omar’s (D-MN) religious beliefs and their compatibility with our Constitution and values. Fans of her show knew exactly what she was saying, but Fox management overreacted.
She said, “Omar wears a hijab, which, according to the Quran 33:59, tells women to cover so they won’t get molested. Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to Sharia law, which in itself is antithetical to the U.S. Constitution?”
At this point, Fox began ‘damage control’ to appease liberals. “We strongly condemn Jeanine Pirro’s comments about Rep. Ilhan Omar. They do not reflect those of the network and we have addressed the matter with her directly,” they said.
President Trump personally called on Fox to “Bring back @JudgeJeanine Pirro” on Twitter. He’s right. Fox News better rethink their strategy, and quickly. Do they want to keep fans or appease PC liberals and the fake news media?
