Jeanine Pirro’s immensely popular Fox News program, ‘Justice with Judge Jeanine,’ has been in limbo for two weeks as the result of fall out from her questioning whether Islam is compatible with the U.S. Constitution.
However, after much pressure from fans, Pirro is finally returning to her show. Sean Hannity has now confirmed it, and patriots nationwide can rejoice that her voice is back. Sadly, she needs to watch out for the growing anti-Trumpism at Fox News — it’s getting worse.
It all started on March 9 with her comment about Rep. Ilhan Omar’s (D-MN) religious. Pirro said, “Omar wears a hijab, which, according to the Quran 33:59, tells women to cover so they won’t get molested.”
“Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to Sharia law, which in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?” Pirro concluded, simply asking a question many Americans have also wondered.
The knee-jerk reaction from Fox News was immediate. “We strongly condemn Jeanine Pirro’s comments about Rep. Ilhan Omar. They do not reflect those of the network and we have addressed the matter with her directly,” Fox said in a statement.
During her show’s hiatus, President Trump himself called out Fox News. “Bring back @JudgeJeanine Pirro,” he tweeted. “The Radical Left Democrats, working closely with their beloved partner, the Fake News Media, is using every trick in the book to SILENCE a majority of our Country. They have all out campaigns against @FoxNews hosts who are doing too well.”
