The president’s critics argue that the indictment of Paul Manafort proves that the Trump campaign colluded with the Russian government. Corey Lewandowski, who was replaced by Manafort as Trump’s campaign manager, has a different take. In an interview with Fox News, Lewandowski condemned the FBI for not informing the Trump campaign about Manafort’s questionable business dealings and foreign connections before they hired him.
Manafort has been charged with 12 criminal charges in the Russia investigation led by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. Here’s what they aren’t saying: Manafort has been under surveillance by the FBI since 2014 due to his activities in the Ukraine. Lewandowski further confirmed that he and Trump were never notified by the FBI that Manafort may have been approached by a representative of a foreign government.
The FBI willfully refused to inform the Trump campaign of Manafort’s connections. They’ve also seemed to turn a blind eye to criminal activity on the left in the Uranium One and Fusion GPS scandals. This obvious double-standard is dangerous and unprecedented. (Read More…)
While Tuesday’s New York City terrorist attack claimed eight innocent lives and severely injured at least 11 more, the tragic truth is that this is one massacre that could have been prevented. The terrorist, Uzbekistan national Sayfullo Saipov, entered the U.S. via the Diversity Visa Program, a little-known immigration policy that awards citizenship to thousands of immigrants every year through a lottery system.
Saipov plowed through bicycle riders while driving up a bike trail, collided with a school bus, and exited his damaged vehicle shouting “Allahu Akbar.” Soon after, New York City police officer Ryan Nash shot Saipov in the stomach to stop him from advancing.
This “lottery” system needs to be reviewed. An ISIS sympathizer made it through the system and brought Europe-style terrorism to the U.S. This could have been avoided by eliminating this ridiculous program. It must be fixed immediately before more terrorists arrive on U.S. soil. (Read More…)
A senior Iranian military officer has threatened that Iran now has the capability to launch a ballistic missile strike against U.S. forces in the region. Such an attack would demonstrate the Islamic Republic’s military capability while simultaneously killing American servicemembers — agents of the “Great Satan.”
Yet the Obama administration felt that the Iran nuclear agreement was a great idea? Before the ink was dry on the agreement in 2015, the Islamic Republic ramped up its threats against the United States. This should have been a warning sign to Congress and the Obama administration, but they were too busy trying to appease anti-American regimes.
“Death to America” has been a popular chant in Iran since the Revolution of 1979 and there doesn’t seem to be any indication that the Iranians feel any different toward Americans today. The Iranian deal must be eliminated. (Read More..)
Democrat mega-donor Tom Steyer has reportedly gathered over one million signatures in 10 days demanding that impeachment proceedings be initiated against President Donald Trump.
In what is their latest desperate attempt to unseat the commander-in-chief, the Democrats have launched a last-ditch plan to bring him down, but they forgot to tell Steyer that impeachment doesn’t work that way.
The Democratic Party donor could get every voting man and woman in America to sign his petition, but the House and Senate would still both require a two-thirds majority to remove Trump from the White House. This is a highly unlikely scenario, given that the GOP owns a majority in both the House and Senate.
The Democrats are desperate. This is just another example of why their party is in danger of extinction. Good riddance. (Read More…)
Actor and comedian Andy Dick has reportedly been fired from the independent film “Raising Buchanan” for making unwanted sexual advances on set. Reports suggest that Dick was fired for groping, unwanted kissing, possibly licking someone, and propositioning four different people.
Sexual harassment claims are nothing new for Dick. The comedian has been accused of sexual impropriety for years, along with other accusations of unprofessional conduct. Just two weeks ago, Dick was fired from another movie, “Vampire Dad,” after arriving on set, demanding alcohol, and groping and propositioning the mostly female crew.
Is Hollywood imploding? In the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal, a stream of new allegations against major stars, directors, and personalities have rocked it to its core. We’re starting to learn the magnitude of the problems that exist in the entertainment industry, and frankly, it’s revolting. (Read More…)
Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, the perpetrator of Tuesday’s NYC terrorist attack, left disturbing notes in his rented truck pledging his allegiance to the Islamic State and claiming that “ISIS would live forever.”
Saipov was in the U.S. because of the Diversity Visa Program, a program that allows people from countries having historically low rates of immigration to immigrate to the United States under a lottery procedure.
Trump wants to eliminate the lottery system and make all immigration merit-based and subject to extreme vetting. Given the very real threat of terrorism, it should be a no-brainer, but that may be tough for the left to process. I agree with Trump. We must put America first. (Read More…)
