Jeffrey Epstein’s bodyguard just dropped a major confession, and millions of people are shocked. What he revealed could be a game-changer for the investigation into the billionaire’s death.
Speaking to New York Magazine, one of Epstein’s former bodyguards, Igor Zinoviev, said, “Somebody helped him to do that.” Zinoviev was also his driver and trainer — clearly he is convinced that Epstein did not act alone.
Zinoviev never shared why he believes his former boss had assistance committing suicide, but, as someone who knew him well, simply confirming this suspicion is stunning.
He was also asked about an earlier claim he made about how Epstein handled police visits. M.L. Nestel, the New York Magazine reporter interviewing Zinoviev, noted that Zinoviev once said that police would “call him and tell him they coming.”
“It’s all corruption you know. It’s all bull—-,” Nestel quoted Zinoviev as saying. But Zinoviev responded, “Listen, don’t put yourself in trouble. Seriously. Let that go. Seriously. Let that go.”
Clearly, Epstein’s former bodyguard did not feel comfortable readdressing his past comments or going into detail about how he thinks someone “helped” his boss kill himself. It is another window into Epstein’s culture of fear and secrets.
