The charges could be completely dropped. President Trump just got the news, and Democrats are furious. Part of their witch-hunt is in serious jeopardy.
One America News Network’s (OAN) Jack Posobiec sat down with Sidney Powell, the lawyer for Trump’s former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn — and what Powell revealed on the newscast is a game-changer.
“Judge Sullivan just issued a minute order in the Flynn case, canceling the hearing scheduled for November seventh because of the quote ‘comprehensive briefing of the parties,’ he feels like he doesn’t need to go forward with the hearing,” she said.
Powell continued: “I’m expecting Judge Sullivan to go ahead and issue an order that, at a minimum, postpones any sentencing or cancels any sentencing … and orders the government to produce additional information.”
She even thinks it’s possible that Sullivan could “hold the prosecutors in contempt of court, because they certainly are.” Powell went on to explain some of the evidence she produced in defense of Flynn to set this all in motion.
“I attached a number of exhibits, including a comparison of … the FBI interview form, between February tenth and February eleventh, that shows dramatic changes to it,” she said. “We included … the raw notes of the FBI agents.”
