Special counsel Robert Mueller just received devastating news. He is stunned and Democrats are now in full panic mode over this turn of events. It could be the end of the line for Mueller.
According to a new USA Today/Suffolk Poll, 50% of Americans now believe that Robert Mueller’s investigation into ‘collusion’ between the Trump campaign and Russia is a ‘witch hunt’ and that Trump has received more scrutiny because of politics.
Even President Trump noticed the poll, tweeting, “Wow! A Suffolk/USA Today Poll, just out, states, “50% of Americans AGREE that Robert Mueller’s investigation is a Witch Hunt.” @MSNBC Very few think it is legit! We will soon find out?”
Mueller’s sham investigation has plodded along for two years now, and it’s been a sham from the beginning. None of the charges made so far against Trump allies, such as Paul Manafort and Roger Stone, have had anything to with Russia.
The poll shows that more Americans — now exactly half — are increasingly wary of Mueller’s witch hunt and want to move on. It is safe to assume that if the investigation doesn’t end soon, these numbers are only going to grow.
In fact, according to the same poll, 59% of Americans “say they generally trust in the president’s denials” and “only 28% say they trust that Mueller’s investigation is fair and accurate,” per The Daily Wire.
