The Commonwealth Partners Chamber of Entrepreneurs may not mean much to you, but Pennsylvanians know them as maybe the major conservative group in their state.
When the Commonwealth Partners Chamber of Entrepreneurs speaks, Republican voters listen.
That’s why it’s such a big deal that the group has switched its endorsement in the Pennsylvania Republican gubernatorial primary to former Representative Lou Barletta.
The group requested that other Republican candidates drop out of the race to better position the Republican nominee to take on the liberal nominee, Josh Shapiro.
This decision to endorse Lou Barletta did not come with Donald Trump’s blessing.
Trump has said that Doug Mastriano is his preferred pick.
Pennsylvania will hold its GOP gubernatorial primary election on May 17.
