The citizens of Lubbock, Texas, recently voted to approve an ordinance that banned abortions within the city limits.
Thinking that they were either more important than the citizens, or just simply knew better, Planned Parenthood did what anybody does when things are not going their way.
And you know what? It didn’t work.
U.S. District Judge James Wesley Hendrix dismissed the case from the abortion provider.
Mark Lee Dickson, director of Right to Life of East Texas celebrated for the whole world to hear.
“Life wins!” He boasted. “We have said from the beginning that this ordinance is completely bulletproof from pre-enforcement lawsuits, the Court’s ruling today is an emphatic vindication of that.”
